As nationwide shelter-in-place restrictions begin to lift, Kaiser Permanente is here to help you navigate the path to the “next normal” for your workplace. Join us for a webinar to learn more about our new employer playbook of recommendations, tools, and resources to help employers manage operational changes and meet public health guidelines in returning to the workplace. We’ll review some of the main topic areas, and content found in the playbook.

The webinar includes:
- Use of a framework outlining the various dimensions of health to consider as more employees start returning to the workplace in this “next normal” of the COVID-19 era.
- Guidance, recommendations, and curated tools and resources on how to safely restart worksites that were closed and resume working in shared spaces, according to the dimensions of health outlined in the framework.
- Information on our clinical services and other resources available to support your employees
About the speakers:
- Imelda Dacones leads more than 1,700 physicians, clinicians and administrators at Permanente Medicine — evidence- and value-based health care with humanity. She is a passionate advocate for addressing the social and environmental determinants of health, and is working to transform the culture, practice, and business of medicine.
- Keith Bachman is a primary care internist practicing in Portland, Oregon, since 1998. In addition to his clinical work, he serves as a Permanente Quality Ambassador, connecting the needs of our employer group customers to Kaiser Permanente Care Delivery, and is the medical director for Kaiser Permanente Northwest Workforce Health team.
- Alison Nicholson has more than 20 years of health insurance experience. She joined Kaiser Permanente in 2011 and currently oversees Sales and Account Management and Workforce Health functions for Large and Strategic Accounts.
